Guarantee & Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
Louise Galvin’s carbon neutral beauty range comprises of nourishing natural hair care and moisture balancing skin products. Her range of products is available in various stockists internationally. Standard deliveries within the United Kingdom can take up to 5 working days, orders placed within Europe will take 14-28 days and those placed outside of these sectors will take at least 21 days. However, if you desire the products a little sooner you can opt for the express delivery. The express delivery only takes 3 working days UK orders, 7 working days for orders placed within Europe and only 14 working days outside the European Union. All of Louise Galvin’s hair care products are Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) free ingredients and carbon neutral, consequently recognising the importance of natural shampoo, conditioners and treatments that are not only good for our personal health, but good for our planet.
