5 A Day Juice


I have my 5 a day for breakfast…

I'm limited on time, so one effective way of me managing my 5 a day is a green juice for breakfast. This is SO easy, and also very tasty. I have one of these every morning, and it just gives me the energy I need to start my day.

All you need for this super juice:

  • A juicer
  • Cucumber
  • Fennel,
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Celery
